Steps

通訳のイベント・会議の日までの過程：

1. 下記のContactからご相談のメールを受け取った後、こちらから折り返し連絡をいたします。

2. 初めの打ち合わせでご依頼内容の詳細、日時、場所や必要事項などを話し合います(出来ればZoom、又はお電話で)。この打ち合わせは無料サービスなので、頼もうか迷っている方でもぜひご相談ください。

3. ご依頼がある場合には、そのイベントや会議の資料やウェブサイトなど、下準備に利用できるものを送っていただきます。１〜２日前にEメール又は電話で必要事項を再確認いたします。

4. 合意した時間と場所でお会いします。

The process is hopefully straight forward :

1. Please get in touch via the Contact page and I will get back to you asap.

2. Initial meeting - we will discuss your brief, date / time/ place, and any requests and requirements for the role (over Zoom if possible or telephone).  This is a free consultation meeting so do reach out even if you're unsure about proceeding.

3. Confirming details - we will ask you to provide any information that may help with the preparation, and there will be an email exchange or phone call to re-confirm the details 1-2 days prior to the day of the event / meeting.

4. Meet on the day!
